Do I need to upload a contract?
No. You can upload a PDF or Word document for AI extraction, or enter the supplier details and dates manually. The free contract scan requires a file — the full dashboard supports both methods.
Does RenewalGuard store my documents?
No. Uploaded files are processed in memory and deleted immediately after analysis. RenewalGuard never stores the original document — only the structured metadata it extracts, such as supplier name, renewal date, and notice period.
What if the AI extraction is wrong?
Every extraction includes a confidence score so you know when to verify. You can review and edit any field before saving — nothing is locked in. For complex or non-standard contracts, manual entry is always available as an alternative.
What reminder schedules are supported?
RenewalGuard sends automated email alerts 90, 60, and 30 days before each cancellation deadline, plus a final warning 14 days out. Reminder schedules can be adjusted per contract from your dashboard settings.
